Our Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective, individualized, wellness care. I am a feminine empowerment coach and work with a number of issues impacting women through the transitions in life, including weight loss, stress management and reduction, grief, and smoking cessation to name a few. Through hypnosis and reiki healing, I hold space for your own healing. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Our Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
About Heather
I have been a clinical pharmacist for the past 22 years. After losing my husband and being ill for many years, I was no longer willing to accept the medical diagnosis I was given. I went on a healing journey, which included reiki and hypnosis. I decided to train in these treatment modalities to help others in their healing journey outside of using pharmaceuticals, because I know firsthand how powerful they can be.
